How to teach a child at foreign language

Today parents start to teach children a foreign language from early age (since three years). Perhaps, it is necessary to begin with the more general question: how to teach children of early age? You heard for certain that game is the most effective method of teaching for small children. Children of preschool age are better acquiring the new information in the course of game when there is no pressure. It is very important to notice also that fact that children till 5 years acquire the new information in interaction with others, in particular, with adults. So independent training of the child (viewing TV informative programs, listening the pronunciation of foreign words or viewing a CD with the program of self-training a foreign language on the computer) are less effective, than studying foreign through real dialogue or game together with adults. Any computer programs for self-training will not bring considerable results.

Begin studying with the names of items surrounding the child, repeating the foreign name several times. Try to name subjects in a native language, and then in foreign and on the contrary. When your child will learn a certain vocabulary, try to learn separate phrases from 2-3 words. For fastening of a correct pronunciation of words is good to use audio CDs, in this case try to listen to them together with the child and together with him repeat a pronunciation. Use small verses and short songs for studying of phrases pronunciation for better learning of words. It is possible to use also the dictionary with illustrations. In this case you can show on a subject, to name it in a foreign language and to speak about this subject.

On the supervision panel there is a button, having pressed which, you include scanning signal. Except a visual signal is also an audiosignal.

The system works in such a manner that at approach tracker bulbs start to blink, no less than the buzzer signal sounds more often. And on the contrary, if the object with tracker leaves, also the signal becomes more rare. This device – EUT – can be used with the same success and for house pupils.

Toys for kids

My son is 6 years and he has a lot of toys. It is always hard to choose the next gift on birthday or a holiday. He too much time plays computer and watches TV, this is the reason why I searched for a toy which would help him to develop imagination and to do something by the hands.
Therefore I have chosen constructor.

In the prossess of game creative abilities of the kid increase, as spatial and volume thinking, logic, imagination, memory, and also a small motility of hands and coordination.

The books my kids read

Constantly the book I see on my kid’s table is one of Garry Potter’s books.
How much times I tried to wake up their interest to the books I read in teen’s age: “The Catcher in the Rye” by J. D. Salinger, “The Great Gatsby” and “Tender Is the Night” by F. Scott Fitzgerald, “Arch of Triumph”, “All Quiet on the Western Front” and “Three Comrades” by Erich Maria Remarque, Hemingway and Kafka books but I didn’t success.
I understand that we live in other time, our reality is different. But I think our feelings are not so changed. Why our kids don’t interested in those romantic books we so loved to read?
I know to understand them better I have to read books they read now.
One of such books is “P.S. I Love You” written by Irish writer Cecelia Ahern in 2004.
I hope I’ll try to read it soon.
